Press Release Body = Sandy Springs, GA - January 8, 2007 - 1031 Interview has just launched their website; designed to increase knowledge and promote the value of 1031 exchange properties on the web without the hassle of dealing with a broker. The purpose of the website is to provide a foundation of knowledge to investors interested in like-kind property exchanges more commonly known as a 1031 exchange property or Tenant in Common transactions. 1031 Interview has a wealth of information including the advantages, limitations and rules surrounding 1031 exchange properties. It also has information on REIT\'s (Real Estate Investment Trusts) and Energy Investments.
In March, 2002 the IRS issued Revenue Procedure 2002-22 which launched a multi-billion dollar real estate industry. Average investors can now participate in 1031 tax deferred exchanges with large, institutional-grade properties. With this new industry came a new sales force; and each sales person having his or her opinion for the consumer's investment. 1031 Interview is designed to negate the opinions and give investors hard facts and information on 1031 exchanges without the pressure of a sales person.
1031 Interview is loaded with functionality giving investors and broker's alike access to a wealth of information regarding the potential investment. The dynamic forum allows advisors, investors and brokers to have conversations and share information. The search option allows users to input keywords to search through 1031 Interview's database and possibly find answers to the questions they have.
The first phase of the website project has been completed, but there are more features being beta tested. Coming soon to http://www.1031interview.com will be an event portal and online web meeting section so visitors can always stay on top of the most current information about 1031 exchange properties. These features are planned for July, 2007.
